When you run an options scan, your keys are forwarded as request headers for that request only. Our server uses them to fetch data, returns the result, and discards them immediately. We have zero ability to act on your brokerage account.

Scanner Suite is a subscription-based software service that provides real-time options trading scanner tools, technical screeners, pre-market data summaries, and related features for active retail traders. The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or brokerage services.
The Service provides software tools and informational data only. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors.
You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its output; use the Service to automate trades without explicit consent; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your brokerage API credentials and Finnhub API key. We store no brokerage credentials on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach The Trader, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any trading losses incurred based on data or information provided.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We collect the information you provide when creating an account (email address, password hash) and billing information processed by Stripe (we never see your full card number). We collect standard server logs including IP addresses and request timestamps for security and debugging purposes.
We do not collect, store, or have access to your brokerage OAuth credentials, refresh tokens, or Finnhub API keys. These credentials are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage and are forwarded directly per-request without being logged or persisted.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database hosting, and Resend for transactional email. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@coachthetrader.com.

All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge will occur.
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of the annual renewal date are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused full months. Cancellations made more than 30 days after an annual renewal are non-refundable, though access continues through the subscription end date.
We will issue full refunds in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors. To request a refund, contact support@coachthetrader.com within 14 days of the charge with your order details.
